How to Make
materials used for How to Make Bakwan:
- 200 grams of sweet corn
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 stalk spring onion, sliced
- 100 grams of carrots, cut into matchsticks salt and pepper to taste
- 100 grams of shrimp (can be cut or placed on bakwan)
- 500 ml cooking oil
How to Make Bakwan :
- Combine corn, shrimp, egg, flour, scallions, bean sprouts, carrots, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the oil. Add 1 ladle into it, after the heat, pour batter into a ladle bakwan, place the shrimp on it.
- Fry until golden brown bakwan.
