CHICKEN TYPICAL OPOR INDONESIA


Chicken curry ingredients:
·         1 whole chicken that had been cut into several sections according to taste
·         2 cm galangal
·         2 stalks lemongrass
·         3 bay leaves
·         1 cm ginger, crushed
·         Right amount of oil
·         1 liter of coconut milk
·         Sugar and salt to taste

Chicken curry seasoning:
·         6 red onions
·         4 cloves garlic
·         1 teaspoon coriander
·         ¼ grains of nutmeg
·         1 teaspoon pepper grains
·         4 grains of walnut
·         2 cm turmeric
Blend all ingredients above, may use a blender or grind their own, or can also ask for the help of neighbors.

How to make chicken curry:
