Arem Arem
Arem Arem-Making Materials:
- 250 grams of rice, wash
- 600 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
- 1.5 tsp salt

Filling-Arem Arem:
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pieces of red chilli, finely sliced
- 3 pieces of curly red chilies, finely chopped
- 100 grams of minced chicken meat
- 150 grams of tofu, cut into small cubes, fry briefly
- 100 grams of carrots, diced small
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 100 ml of water
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil for sautéing
How to Make-Arem Arem:
- Cook oil, saute garlic, cayenne pepper and red pepper until fragrant curly.Enter minced chicken meat, stir until it changes color.Enter the chunks of tofu and carrots, Stir well.Add soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar, Stir well.Pour in water, stir and cook until absorbed.Set aside for the content arem-arem.
- Cook coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves to boil.Add rice, stirring until absorbed and condensed.
- Borow little dough, put it on a banana leaf.Give stuffing then condense, wrap like a rice cake.Steamed in a steamer that has been heated over medium heat until 1.5 hours until cooked, remove from heat.
